HOW TO APPLY DIPLOMA ADMISSION-2016 THROUGH ONLINE MODE
Before applying, candidates are advised to read the eligibility criteria at Chapter-3 of Information Brochure carefully. A candidate can apply for Diploma Admission-2016 through ONLINE mode only. If a candidate does not fill the category option to which he/she belongs, then he/she will be deemed to be a „GENERAL‟ category candidate.
1. To apply ONLINE application form for Centralized Diploma Admission-2016, the applicant has to visit website www.diplomaadmissionodisha.nic.in. Please use Internet Explorer 9.0 browser or above while applying ONLINE.
2. Download “Information Brochure for Diploma Admission-2016” available in the Home page.
3. Read the Information Brochure carefully before filling and submitting ONLINE application form.
4. You must keep ready the soft copy of your scanned PHOTO (in jpg format size below 100KB), SIGNATURE (in jpg format size below 30KB) before filling the ONLINE application form.
5. A Candidate has to complete three steps for completion of his/her application i.e. Registration, Upload images and Fee payment. A Candidate may logout after registration and again login to upload images and fee payment.
6. In the Bottom of the Home page there is a tab Apply for Diploma Admission 2016. By clicking the tab you will go to the next page where there are options for NEW CANDIDATE REGISTRATION TAB & ONLY REGISTRED CANDIDATES SIGN IN TAB.
7. For applying online follow the steps listed below Click on “APPLY” tab available at the bottom of the NEW CANDIDATE REGISTRATION TAB, you will find the next page containing the instructions for filling the online application form. The Candidate is advised to read the instructions carefully and click the tab at the bottom “CLICK HERE TO PROCEED”
STEP 1: (General Info Section)
Carefully fill all required details such as Your name, fathers name, mothers name,date of birth, Domicile, Category, Sub Category, Course Apply details, Exam Passed, Password etc.
STEP 2: (Photo & Signature Upload)
Upload scanned image of recent colour photograph of the applicant (100KB size)
Upload scanned image of Full Signature of the applicant (30KB size)
STEP 3: (Payment)
After completion of Step 2 i.e. Upload Images, proceed to Step 3 i.e. Fee Payment. You will find payment options of ATM-cum- Debit Card / Credit Card/ Net Banking of the banks available in the portal & e-challan of any branch of Axis Bank.
Once the payment is confirmed, all steps required for submission of application is completed. The candidate can take print out of the application form. Any application which is incomplete i.e. all three steps are not completed will be rejected and they cannot take part in counseling process. Any discrepancy in fee payment may be intimated to Central Control Room (CCR), BOSE, Cuttack.
