Directorate of Nursing invites online application for the Admission into 2 year Auxiliary Nurses & Midwifery (ANM)/ H.W. (F) -- Courses in Odisha During the session 2018-19 in the Government and Private Nursing Training Institute recognized by National Nursing Council (NIC).

Interested Female candidates should apply online from 19.07.2018 to 10.08.2018 by 11.45 PM.

Eligibility Required

1. Candidates must be 17 years of age or above as on 31.12.2018.
2. Passed 10+2 from CHSE Odisha or equivalent.

OR

1. Candidates qualify in 10+2 Exams conducted by National Institute of Open School, (equivalent to CHSE Odisha) are also eligible.
2. Passed Odia up to M.E. Standard.
3. Shall be domicile /permanent resident /native of Odisha but currently residing outside Odisha.
4. Only female candidates are eligible to apply.
5. Physically handicapped having locomotor disability of lower limbs from 40% to 50% only will be taken into consideration. Candidates are advised to obtain their handicapped certificate from the competent authority of the concerned district .
6. Shall be medically fit for the course (Medical certificate format in annexure- VIII).

Age Limit

Candidates must be 17 years of age or above as on 31.12.2018.

Application Fee

Application fee Rs 300/-. fee is to be paid by the Online Option/SBI Challan attached to the prospectus. You can download the prospectus from the below given link.

HOW TO APPLY

To Apply ANM Online application, candidates have to follow the below given step by step procedure.

The candidates finding difficulty to register online can get the assistance of the Govt. facilities like CDMO (DPMU Office), Community Health Centre (CHC) & Common Service Center (CSC) at Gram Panchayat level .Service charges of Rs. 35 /-only is to be paid towards filling up of form at Common Service Centre.

STEP 1: Payment of Non-refundable Application fees Rs. 300 only through Online Pay/S.B.I. Challan. (Given in the Annexure II)

STEP 3: Fill the details on the application form and click on save and continue. (Details: Personal, Address, Academic Qualification, Challan Details and Photo/Sign Upload)

STEP 4: Click "Continue" to Next/Confirmation Page.
