• All original Certificates, mark sheets
• Residential Certificate issued prior to six months only from the last date of Online Application Form
• Caste Certificate, by birth, in original (in case SC / ST / SEBC)
• Special reserved category Certificates (Physically Handicapped, Green Card, Ex-serviceman,OOT/ Sports), if availed, as per instructions in the respective Information Brochure
• Submit Downloaded Online Application Form along with a Xerox set of the above mentioned documents
